SIRF is operated by SHIV PRASAD SAHOO, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam UDYAM-OD-05-0067109, at At Kushagadia, PO Geltua, Via Madhabnagar, PS Bhadrak (R), Bhadrak, Odisha 756181, India. Using the service means accepting these terms.

SIRF produces written research, screens and notes about listed Indian equities, generated with the help of AI models from data SIRF collects. That is the entire product.

It is not investment advice. SHIV PRASAD SAHOO is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, does not manage money, does not place trades, and has no access to your brokerage account. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every decision you make, and every consequence of it, is yours alone.

Reports are produced by AI models from market data that may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. They will sometimes be wrong, and being wrong is not a defect — markets are not predictable and this service does not claim to predict them. Do not treat any output as fact without checking it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in secure. One person, one account: creating several accounts to claim a welcome grant more than once is a misuse of the service.

Accounts may be suspended without notice for abuse — automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits or payment, or anything that puts the service at risk for other readers.

Paid features are bought with credits, at the rates shown on the pricing page. Credits are charged before the work is done and returned automatically if it fails. They have no cash value beyond the refund terms in the refunds policy, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Prices may change. A change never applies to credits you have already bought.

SIRF is run by one person on modest infrastructure. It may be slow, briefly unavailable, or interrupted for maintenance, and depends on third parties — market-data providers, AI model providers, payment processors — whose failures are outside anyone's control here. No uptime is promised.

SIRF is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, SHIV PRASAD SAHOO is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect loss arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms may be updated; the date at the top says when they last were. Continued use after a change means accepting it. Indian law applies, and the courts of Bhadrak, Odisha have jurisdiction.
