Cancellation and refunds

Unused credits

Credits you bought and have not spent are refundable on request within 7 days of the purchase. Ask from the wallet page — every purchase there has a “Request refund” link, and it tells you exactly how much is still refundable before you ask. You can email sahooshivprasad666@gmail.com instead if you prefer.

A person reads every request. You will have an answer within 3 working days, and the reason for it either way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they then take to appear depends on your bank, typically 5–7 working days.

Credits you have already spent

A spent credit produced a research report, a scan or a note, and that was delivered to you. Those are not refundable — not because the policy is strict, but because you have the thing you paid for.

When something did not work

If you were charged and the report never arrived, that is not a refund question — it is a mistake, and the credits are returned automatically. Every paid action takes the credits first and gives them back if the work fails, so a failed report should already show as a refund in your wallet. If it does not, email sahooshivprasad666@gmail.com and it will be corrected.

What is not a reason for a refund

SIRF sells research, not outcomes. A report you disagreed with, or one whose view the market did not reward, is not a failed delivery — it is the product working as described. Nothing here predicts prices, and no refund is owed for a decision that went badly.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. Credits are bought once and spent when you choose; stopping simply means not buying more. You can ask for your account to be closed at any time by emailing sahooshivprasad666@gmail.com — see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
