Shipping and delivery

Nothing is shipped

SIRF sells nothing physical. There is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. Everything bought here is delivered inside the account you are signed in to.

When credits arrive

Credits are added to your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is normally within a minute. The confirmation comes from the payment provider directly to our server, so credits arrive even if your browser closed or lost connection on the way back from the payment page — which on a phone, after a UPI app switch, is common.

If a payment left your account and the credits are not showing after fifteen minutes, email sahooshivprasad666@gmail.com with the date and amount. It will be corrected by hand.

When research arrives

A report is written while you wait — usually under two minutes, and longer for a Deep report. It appears on screen when it is done and is saved to your account, so it is there the next time you open the app. If a report fails, the credits are returned automatically; see the refunds policy.

Where it is available

SIRF covers stocks listed on the NSE and BSE and is intended for readers in India. There is no geographic restriction on signing in, but nothing here is written for markets outside India.
